The right person knows how to build a thoughtful sourcing strategy, think creatively, understand competitive talent markets, and uncover exceptional clinicians in some of the most challenging and hard-to-fill specialties in healthcare.We're seeking someone with 4–5+ years of physician and/or APC sourcing experience who genuinely enjoys the challenge of finding the "needle in the haystack."
