We are seeking a highly energetic Receptionist who excels in fast-paced environments and can handle both mental and physical stamina, including lifting and moving light office supplies regularly. Our competitive benefits package includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & other supplemental insurance available after just 60 days 401K with generous employer matching after 1 year Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick time after your 90-day review and each yearly anniversary All Federal Holidays paid What You’ll Do: As our receptionist, you play a vital role in creating a polished, professional, and welcoming environment every day: Warmly greet and assist clients, realtors, lenders, and visitors with genuine friendliness and professionalism Answer and professionally direct all incoming calls with speed and accuracy Prepare and maintain all conference rooms to picture-perfect standards Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently Support document preparation, scanning, and copying Keep the reception area organized, clean, and inviting at all times Take memorable client photos upon request to help create lasting memories Provide friendly administrative support to attorneys and staff Prepare refreshments as needed to enhance client visits and meetings Proactively order and replenish office supplies Perform light physical tasks, including lifting and carrying boxes of office supplies, and organizing and distributing mail and packages.
