About the Role:
Karing Hearts Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Home Infusion team in Orange, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality infusion therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Administer IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy, and hydration in the home setting
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor responses to infusion treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and home care protocols
• Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral IVs, PICCs, and central venous access devices
• Document clinical findings, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Respond to patient concerns and on-call needs as required per diem schedule

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted California RN license required
• Minimum 1-2 years of IV/infusion therapy or home health nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency in PICC line and central line access and management
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible per diem schedule
