WHAT YOU'LL DO: Our Legal Receptionist is the friendly person who greets clients when they call our office and handles the vital clerical duties that keep our firm organized and successful! You'll help ensure we provide incredible service to clients by promptly answering their phone calls and maintaining accurate, organized records. Your clerical duties will include scanning a high volume of documents, submitting new cases, and opening up claims. As you engage with clients, update files, and help out with other duties as assigned, you'll help our firm reach new heights! Bilingual fluency would be highly beneficial!
